Compensation: Subject to appropriation, actual and necessary expenses
Member Requirements: Six members of the general assembly; Director or Designee of DHSS; Director or designee of DSS; Director or designee of DIFP; 1 member representing a not-for-profit organization specializing in prematurity and infant mortality; 2 members who shall be either a physician or nurse practitioner specializing in obstetrics and gynecology, family medicine, pediatrics or perinatology; 2 consumer representatives who are parents of individuals born prematurely, including 1 parent of an individual under the age of 18; 2 members representing insurance providers in the state; 1 small business advocate; and 1 member of the small business regulatory fairness board.
